Merchant Sign-Up

Are you a reseller? Would you like to take advantage of the specials we offer to businesses? Please sign up below for our Merchant Program. This will give you access to our Merchant web site and updates on specials we are currently offering. Please follow the directions below to register for our Merchant Program.

If you would like to sign up for our Merchant (Re-Seller) website, please fill out the form below or print form available HERE for faxing. We also require a faxed copy of your Resale Certificate (Tax Permit), or scanned and emailed to webmaster@mcbia.com . Please fax to (319) 845-2002.

We will email you with a Reseller ID and password when your account is approved. (Generally within 2 Business Days)
