These Drivers are for all the
Omnitech SLOT 1 Motherboards Machines we have PIII-450, 500, 550, 650:
It is an Intel SE440BX2
motherboard board.
If you install Win98/ME and then download and install the drivers for the OS
from the links below and you should be ok. You might need to download the
drivers to another machine and put them on floppy or cdrom if the one you
purchased can't get on the internet.
Here's the website for that board:

Here's the driver site for Sound, Chipset and etc.:

READ THIS FOR SOUND :
The sound file you need is for a Yamaha sound chip, download it from the
link above. You have to download the file ( it's the
only file for sound on the page - I choose win98se as the OS ) and put it in a folder, then execute the file and it
will expand out to 3 more files. Then click on the SW.exe file that it expanded and it will expand out to a bunch more files. Then go into Add New
Hardware in Control Panel and have it do an Add New Hardware search and when it finds the new device point it to the folder with the bunch of expanded
files in it.
Here's the video Driver Location:
it's a Matrox Millennium G200.
